Can I send a payment link?
Yes. Payment links give customers a secure, shareable checkout they can open from email, text, or another channel. They are useful when you need to collect remotely without building a custom checkout.
Can I issue full or partial refunds?
You can manage eligible refunds from the payment record in your dashboard. Refund timing and availability depend on the payment method, transaction status, and processor rules.
Do customers receive a receipt?
Yes. DjetPay can provide a clear receipt after a completed payment, and your team can locate transaction and receipt details from the dashboard.

Does DjetPay support installment payments?
DjetPay supports structured installment workflows so a larger balance can be collected across an agreed payment schedule instead of all at once.
Can I collect an eSignature with an invoice?
Yes. You can attach documents and add a signature step to supported workflows, helping keep approval and payment connected. Your own legal requirements may vary, so review the final document and process with your counsel when needed.
Can I track whether an invoice was paid?
Yes. The dashboard keeps invoice and transaction status together so your team can see what is open, completed, refunded, or needs attention.

How do I purchase a card reader?

How quickly are funds deposited?
Payout timing varies by business, payment method, processor review, bank, and account history. Your connected account shows the payout schedule and the status of available funds.
Can I pass processing costs to a customer?
Available fee settings depend on your account, payment method, and applicable rules. Surcharging and similar practices are regulated in some jurisdictions and card-network requirements may apply, so confirm the configuration that is appropriate for your business.
What happens if a payment is disputed?
When a payment is disputed, the transaction record will show the available response process and deadline. Provide complete supporting documentation promptly; the issuing bank ultimately decides the outcome.

DjetPay is designed around tokenized payment flows. Your team works with safe payment references in the platform instead of viewing or managing a customer’s full card number.
