E‑Signature Disclosure and Consent
DjetPay Inc. (DjetPay)
Effective: November 6, 2025
Please read before continuing
This disclosure explains your rights when you agree to sign and receive records electronically through DjetPay. By consenting below or proceeding with an electronic signature, you agree to do business electronically as permitted by the U.S. ESIGN Act and applicable state laws (including UETA).
1. Scope of Consent
Your consent applies to all documents, notices, disclosures, agreements, invoices, receipts, and communications (collectively, "Records") that we or a merchant deliver to you through DjetPay. This includes Records related to contracting, invoicing, payments, refunds, disclosures, and acknowledgments. We may provide some Records on paper when required by law or at our discretion.
2. Paper Copies
You can request a free paper copy of any Record provided electronically by contacting us at legal@djetpay.com within a reasonable time after we provided the Record. We may require information to locate the specific Record (for example, date, signer name, invoice number, or transaction ID).
3. Withdrawing Consent
You may withdraw consent to receive Records electronically at any time by emailing legal@djetpay.com or using our webform at /privacy-request. Withdrawal of consent may delay transactions, result in additional paper handling, or require you to use paper signatures. Your withdrawal will not affect the legal effectiveness of Records that we already provided electronically.
4. Hardware and Software Requirements
To sign and receive Records electronically, you must have:
- A current web browser with cookies and JavaScript enabled.
- Access to the internet and a valid email address.
- Software to view PDF files and common document formats.
- Hardware capable of running the above and storing or printing Records.
If these requirements change materially, we will notify you and obtain renewed consent where required.
5. Updating Your Contact Information
You are responsible for keeping your email address and contact information current so you can receive Records. Update your details within the application or contact us at legal@djetpay.com.
6. How Electronic Signatures Work
When you sign electronically, the system captures your intent to sign and may record metadata such as timestamps, IP addresses, and authentication checks. We generate an audit trail that may be attached to the signed document or stored with the transaction.
7. Access to Electronic Records
Copies of executed documents and related Records are typically available to you within the application or sent by email. Merchants may also provide copies directly. Access duration may depend on the merchant's retention settings and applicable law.
8. Fees and Charges
DjetPay does not charge consumers a separate fee for consenting to electronic Records. Standard data, internet, or printing charges from your service providers may apply. Merchants may charge fees related to their services as described in their terms.
9. Security and Privacy
We protect Records using industry-standard security controls. For details, see our Security Statement and Privacy Policy. Electronic signatures and Records are retained in accordance with our policies and applicable law.
10. Limitations
Some documents cannot be provided electronically or may require additional steps (for example, notarization or specific statutory forms). In such cases, we or the merchant may provide paper copies or alternative procedures.
11. Changes to this Disclosure
We may update this disclosure from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice as required by law. Continued electronic transactions after the effective date constitute your acceptance of the updated disclosure.
