Privacy & account controls

DjetPay account
deletion.

Request permanent deletion of your DjetPay account and its associated personal data, whether you use DjetPay on the web or in our mobile app.

You can start a request here without signing in or reinstalling the app.

Read our Privacy Policy
How it works

A verified request, handled with care.

Submitting a request starts a review. It does not automatically delete your account.

  1. Send your request

Email our privacy team from the email address registered to your DjetPay account. Include your account email, your business name if applicable, and a request to permanently delete your account and associated personal data.

  2. Verify account ownership

Our team will verify your identity before fulfilling the request. You may be asked to confirm through your registered email or provide information that establishes your authority to delete the account. If you cannot access that email, explain this in your request.

  3. Confirm permanent deletion

Our team will review the request with you, explain any records that must be retained, and ask you to confirm permanent deletion before processing. The team will communicate the next steps and the outcome of your request.

Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, full card numbers, or identity documents in your initial email.

Your data

What deletion covers.

Deletion applies to your account and associated personal data, with exceptions for records we need to retain.

Account and personal data

Following verification and confirmation, your deletion request covers:

  • Your DjetPay account and account profile.
  • Associated personal information, such as your name and contact details.
  • Account preferences and account-linked content that is not subject to required retention.

Permanent deletion removes access to the deleted account. Save any records you need before confirming the request.

Records that may be retained

Some records may need to be kept for legal obligations, accounting, security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution, including:

  • Financial, payment, transaction, invoice, and payout records.
  • Billing, tax, refund, chargeback, and dispute records.
  • Identity verification, compliance, and security records where required.

Payment service providers may also retain records under their own legal obligations. See our data retention policy for more information.

Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate requests.

Canceling a subscription stops renewal under your plan terms; it does not delete your account or personal data. A deletion request is not a subscription cancellation request.

If you have a paid plan, cancel it through your account settings or contact billing@djetpay.com. Mention any active subscription in your deletion request so our team can help coordinate the next steps. Outstanding payments and disputes may still need to be resolved.

Review cancellation terms
