What this agreement covers

Terms governing your paid subscription to DjetPay, including auto-renewal, pricing, upgrades and downgrades, cancellations, proration, failed payments, and service changes.

Automatic Renewal

1. Plans and Term

DjetPay offers subscription plans (for example, Starter, Professional, Business) on a monthly or annual basis (each, a "Term"). Your subscription starts when you first provide payment details and confirm the plan. The subscription continues for the Term and renews automatically for successive Terms unless canceled in accordance with this agreement.

2. Billing, Invoicing, and Taxes

  • Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed in advance for the Term. You authorize DjetPay or its processor to charge your payment method on file.
  • Invoices and Receipts: Available via your account and by email where enabled.
  • Taxes: Prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any applicable sales, use, VAT, GST, or similar taxes.
  • Declined Payments: We may retry charges on a schedule, update network tokens, or request updated payment details.

3. Auto-Renewal and Price Changes

Auto-Renewal: Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each Term unless you cancel before renewal. The renewal Term will be the same length as the prior Term unless we notify you otherwise.

Price Changes: We may change plan pricing or structure effective on renewal. We will provide prior notice where required by law. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

4. Upgrades, Downgrades, and Proration

  • Upgrades: If you upgrade during a Term, we will charge the difference for the remainder of the current Term and update your renewal price.
  • Downgrades: Take effect at the next renewal unless we agree otherwise. Feature access may change.
  • Proration: Where supported, we may apply credits or charges for mid-Term changes; otherwise changes take effect at renewal.

5. Cancellation by You

You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at billing@djetpay.com. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current Term. You will retain access until the end of the period already paid.

6. Suspension and Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your subscription immediately for violations of our Terms of Service, non-payment, suspected fraud or abuse, legal compliance, or risk. We may also discontinue plans or features with reasonable notice where required.

7. Failed Payments and Collections

If payment cannot be processed, we may suspend access, attempt retries, or use collection processes per applicable law. You remain responsible for amounts due and reasonable costs of collection where permitted.

8. Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once charged, except where required by law or as described in our Refund Policy. Any goodwill credits are at our discretion.

9. Fair Use, Limits, and Beta Features

  • Fair Use: We may apply reasonable usage limits to ensure platform stability.
  • Resource Caps: API rate limits, storage quotas, and other caps may apply and are described in your dashboard or documentation.
  • Beta/Free Features: Provided "AS IS" and may change or be discontinued at any time.

10. Data Ownership and Portability

You own your business data and customer records that you upload to the Service. During an active subscription, you can export permissible data using provided tools. Following termination, we may retain records as required for legal, accounting, or security purposes, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

11. Availability and Support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support channels and response targets are described in your plan materials.

12. Changes to Services

We may modify features, functionality, or plan composition. Where required, we will provide notice. If a change materially reduces core functionality, you may cancel and any eligible refunds will be handled under our Refund Policy.
