Are these estimates the final amount I will pay?
No. This calculator uses the standard rates currently configured for each DjetPay plan and is intended for planning. Final cost can vary with transaction details, card type, currency conversion, account terms, refunds, disputes, and other processing events.
Are software subscription fees included?
No. The estimate shows per-transaction payment processing only. Pro and Business software subscriptions are separate and are shown on the pricing page.
How are ACH caps applied?
ACH is calculated as a percentage of the transaction. Where a plan includes a cap, the estimated fee stops increasing after it reaches that plan’s stated maximum.
Can every business pass processing costs to customers?
Not always. Availability depends on payment method, account configuration, card-network rules, and applicable law. The customer-covers view is a planning scenario—not legal advice or a guarantee that a fee can be added to a specific transaction.
