Connected business workflows
Book clients, sign contracts, send invoices, and collect payments in one connected workflow.
DjetPay connects booking, contracts, eSignatures, invoicing, payments, and customer records so service businesses can manage the client journey in one platform.
One customer journey, fewer disconnected tools
Booking → Contract → Signature → Invoice → Payment → Customer Record. Use DjetPay Business to bring scheduling, agreements, and billing into the same workspace. Your team can follow the customer relationship without maintaining a separate tool for every step.
Booking: start with an appointment
Share a public booking page or booking link so clients can schedule. Business includes Booking & Scheduling and supported booking payments. Decide which service the appointment covers and explain payment expectations before the client books.
Contract: put the scope in writing
Prepare an agreement that describes the work, price, and payment terms. Contract Management can handle agreements independently, while Contract Invoice connects an agreement to its related invoice and payment workflow.
Signature: complete the agreement
With two-way signing, your business prepares and signs the contract, then sends it to the client. Both parties receive the completed agreement. Contract tools and eSignatures are included on Business.
Invoice: make the amount due clear
Create an itemized invoice for the agreed service. For staged projects, make the deposit, milestone, and final-balance requests clear so customers know what each payment covers.
Payment: offer the right way to pay
Collect card payments online, or eligible ACH payments on Business. Use POS, a compatible reader, or supported Tap to Pay for in-person work. Device, account, and payment-method eligibility apply.
Customer record: keep the context
Keep customer information and transaction history together so your team can review the relationship and payment status. A signature and a completed payment are different events: check both before treating a job as ready to proceed.
Reminders and repeat work
Pro and Business include automatic email reminders and recurring billing. Business adds SMS notifications. Confirm the notifications and billing schedule for your setup; this workflow does not imply that every step automatically triggers the next.

Common questions
Can I collect payment after a client signs?
Yes. Contract Invoice connects the agreement and signatures to the related invoice and payment workflow on Business. Review the signature and payment status separately.
